Information security

Absolute respect for operational and identity data in the field.

For Lan Solver, data privacy and information security are structural pillars. Processing and storage of field images, geolocation logs, and digital signatures follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in strict compliance.

Critical differentiation

How our facial recognition works for technical audits.

The Ária platform uses a native, proprietary facial recognition and presence verification engine (CompreFace). The system operates independently to certify secure onboarding, field worker time attendance, and biometric signatures tied to operational checklists.

We emphasize that Face ID or Touch ID technologies belonging to mobile operating systems do not act as the biometric engine of the Ária app, and are not used by our application. Lan Solver's own biometrics run under corporate rules configurable per tenant, ensuring encrypted data isolation by organization.

Infrastructure

Defense-in-depth data security.

Multi-organization segregation (multi-tenant)

Each customer has an isolated tenant, ensuring operational logs, checklists, asset records, and biometric credentials stay exclusively in their encrypted database.

Encryption and secure local storage

Data recorded offline stays encrypted locally on the technician's mobile device until secure asynchronous SSL transmission runs to the corporate cloud.
