The market challenge
Brazil surpassed 350 million telecommunications service accesses in 2025. By the end of 2024, the country already had nearly 30,000 licensed 5G stations in 748 municipalities, according to Anatel.
The expansion of mobile and fiber networks increases the volume of cell sites, towers, links, cabinets, batteries, power systems, and equipment that must be installed, inspected, and maintained.
In that setting, slow dispatch, incomplete checklists, missing materials, photos without traceability, and low visibility over contractors hurt SLA and raise operating cost.
